Staff Biographies

We have a number of staff who between them work to allow us to offer the services we do. Below are some short biographies for each of them.

Awaiting Photo		Elaine Waite - Company Secretary
		Elaine Waite brings a wealth of experience in the public services to her role as company secretary. Her background is in educational services where she has thirteen years' experience in school catering and twelve years' experience in learning support services. She has also worked as the vice-chairman of a board of school governors. As 'AWICS' company secretary she is principally responsible for the effective administration of the office, and also has experience as an Independent Tenants' Adviser.

Richard Myers - IT Assistant

Richard Myers has spent many years in the IT industry carrying out a range of roles including both system and network maintenance and administration. He has spent the last 10 years following the progress in web applications and design and now specalises in creating custom web applications to meet client requirements.

Richard is proficient in the provision of cost-effective solutions to meet client needs using a range of software and programming languages. This includes an advanced understanding and application of the following software suites: MS Office, Adobe and Macromedia, along with development of applications using: HTML, JavaScript, ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, VB, Flash, Action Script, MySQL, and MSSQL. His knowledge and experience with these applications and languages in providing ‘customer’ solutions has been developed since 1997.

Richard has put his skills and experience to use in providing bespoke solutions to meet client needs, including:

Development of Survey Analysis Systems, most recently being work carried out for Fenland District Council

Assisting in preparation of evaluation reports for Government offices on Housing Stock Options
